Big Web Links: website promotion

A new web directory came alive and it is called the big web links. This web directory has the concept of showing links in a category of topic, now what’s new with this directory is that you can bid on a listing to get it on top of a webpage.

In various web directories the listings are shown in alphabetically order starting with the letter a or number 1 so when your website / website title starts with a z you always are listed at the bottom. Now it is different with big web links, minimum bid is 29,90 US$ to get listed from then you can bid on a listing to get it higher on a category page. In general speaking the higher your website is listed the more likely you’ll recieve traffic from that category listing.

The promotion of bigweblinks directory is done by the owner aka mystikmedia. Chris Hoffman is well known for getting massive exposure to his new (and old) websites, for instance bigweblinks has already over 54,000 backlinks accorinding to Yahoo Search and when taking a closer look at the alexa rating you see already a traffic boost within a month to 143,000 and is quickly rising.

Already a listing has been sold for 400 US$, the top 10 listings are shown at the front page so to ensure your listing is placed at the front page a bid of over 100US$ to get listed there.
