After 6 months of coding and several releases the latest wordpress version is released.

It covers several new features:

Cleaner, faster, less cluttered dashboard, Dashboard Widgets , Multi-file upload with progress bar , Bonus: EXIF extraction , Search posts and pages , Tag management, Built-in galleries and much, much more.

There is also a redesign of the wordpress pages, in style of the new wordpress 2.5. A clean design with great readability and colour usage.

I´ve recently came along a great wordpress plugin to make blogposts more attractive. I’ve seen a lot of big bloggers use this for quite some time now, they insert photos from flickr and linkback to the author. With this plugin you can do that from the wordpress admin!.
