Google donates $30,000 to Creative Commons

Google Inc. has donated USD 30,000 to Creative Commons, the open licensing organization.

Because of the important work Creative Commons accomplished over the past year, Google has decided again to donate $30,000 to their cause.

Creative Commons has developed licensing support for audio and video this year, in addition to its licensing support for images and text, according to Google’s Code blog.
